In addition customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. *If the return is due to an error on our part such as sending you the wrong color, size, item that is not listed on your order, or a defective item, then the 18% restocking fee is waived and we will pay the return shipping costs.

Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. If you would like to change the size of an item, contact us immediately and we will gladly change it as long as the order has not already been processed. reserves the rights to inspect the returned items for the conditions below. If the returned items meet any of the conditions below, we will arrange to send them back to you at your own cost. “NO EXCEPTIONS”.

-Items are worn, washed, altered and do not have the original tags still attached.
-Items are damaged by customer.
-Items marked as final sales or clearance sales with a $14.99 or lower price tag.
-Returns on orders by customer after 7 days of receipt date.
-Returns without a copy of the invoice and the RMA number.
-Due to high shipping costs, all international orders or sales are final. No refund or exchange. reserves the right to issue credit in the form of store credit. If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it, as it will be rejected by our returns department.

Colors shown on website may vary or may not be an exact color match to actual merchandise due to the type of computer, monitor or browser used by customers. is not responsible for items ordered that do not meet customer’s expectations due to variables listed above.


You have 7 days after receiving your order to contact us by e-mail to request return. For verification purpose, please specify your name, your address and/or shipping address, and the invoice number in your e-mail. We will e-mail you an RMA number for your return. Please write this RMA number on the invoice and make a copy for your record.

Items must be received within 14 days of your RMA number being issued via e-mail. Items must be received in their original packaging with all tags still intact. Package must include a copy of the RMA form for the specific items that were authorized for return. We will not accept returns that are not in their original packaging.

We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us. is not responsible for customer returns that are not received. Items should be sent back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number in order to confirm delivery and/or location should it become lost in transit.

Once we receive your returns, we will start processing your refund. Please allow 7-15 business days for any monetary refund to appear in your account. Your credit card account will be credited for the total purchase price less all shipping charges and a 18% restocking fee on the total purchase price.


Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to sending the item back and re-shipping to you.

Due to rapid inventory turn over, we are NOT responsible for exchanges on items that are out of stock. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail and issue a refund credit to your account for the purchase price of the item. reserves the right to issue credit in the form of store credit.

We ship within 3-5 business days of when your order is placed. A small percentage of items may require a longer processing time, on rare occasions where we may face an unforeseen delay.

We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service.

We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the time-frame stated on each item’s product page.

Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is Priority Mail with USPS. You should receive your products within 2-5 business days from the day you order them.

Expedited Shipping: We offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping for most items. Expedited shipping is not available for items being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.

PO Box Shipping: We can ship to a PO Box. If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address.

APO/FPO Shipping: We can ship most items to APO/FPO destinations. We usually deliver such items to the US military post office within 3-7 business days of the day you order.

International Shipping: We currently ship Worldwide. Depending on your Country, shipping fee might be different. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for items to arrive. Delivery date is not guarantee.

Free Shipping Promotion: free shipping is only valid inside the U.S, excluding some rural zip codes, APO, FPO, and PO Boxes. with the purchase of $100 dollars or more you will not pay for 3-4 days shipping fee. This promotion is subject to change at any time.

Tracking Order: A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. This information will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
